Min Ponce is the President-General Manager of Ponce-Millan Realty, Inc. under which Ponce Suites Gallery Hotel operates.
  
She is also the mother of Kublai Ponce Millan (the Artist).

Min earned Ph.D. in Educational Aministration units, graduated with a Master in Business Administration and degrees in Commerce and Nursing.

She also has, to her credit, professional experiences as Chief Congress Coordinator of the Mindanao Exports Congress, Project Secretariat Head of the First East ASEAN Business Convention and was General Manager of Millan Travel and Tours and MLPM Service Contractor.

She was also Senior Program Officer of the Philippine Business for Social Progress, Mindanao Regional Office where she was responsible for the design and implementation of regoinal corporate social development projects. Her tasks included the maintenance and enhancement of corporate involvement.

As Senior Trade and Industry Development Specialist of the Depart of Trade and Industry, Region XI, Min acted as the International Coffee Organization Certifying Agency Signing Officer for Region XI, and acted as the One-Stop Export Documentation Center Coordinator.
