Air-conditioned for your comfort, the cafe is open Monday-Thursday 7:00 am - 2:00pm and then 5:00pm - 10:00 pm and Friday-Sunday
7:00 am - 2:00pm and then 5:00pm - 11:00 pm. Whilst the cafe is closed in the afternoons, orders can be taken at the front desk.
The menu offers a selection of meals and drinks - beers, soft drinks, spirits and our popular coffee made from coffee beans imported
from Italy. Videoke is available on request.

How about a hen and a rooster talking?
And a loner frog? Only at Ponce Suites Gallery Hotel !! - specifically at the 4th Floor Roofdeck Cafe. There's fresh
air which is
as free as the birds chirping among the plants. What's very interesting is why live bats (who are sonar) fly to the bats at the roofdeck
which
are made of used cooking oil and vinegar bottles, (part of the art). How come they fly direct to these" work of art "bats and
immediately fall to the floor
9 feet below and upon regaining their bearings fly out again soonest.
On a clear day you can see Mount
Apo. Drinks and meals can be delivered to while you take in the ambience and art.

Like any outdoor cafe , this is literally located on the outside of the door of the hotel. What is not like any outdoor cafe though
is the fact that you would
be sipping coffee beside the artist. You have to see this to believe this. The whole hotel is filled up
with things that stir the mind and heart and elevates
the beholder to a level beyond everyday commonplace thinking. ALL this is because
of the artist you will be sipping coffee with - and that's Kublai.
Here you can relax - be it by yourself or with friends - and enjoy
a cold beer or a cafe latte or perhaps a cappuccino is more your taste.
